tenebrist nudes: bahram [23] is a miniseries that marked a first excerise in using tenebrist lighting techniques as well as for the first time photographing nudity in colour, corresponding to my interest in not only caravaggio but also the works of fabien dettori and ronald martinez.
sculptural studies iii
sculptural studies [since 23] started as an exploration of translating nude modelling to the self-portrait photograph. since then, the series has included collaborations and has shifted to focussing on the details of specific body parts and developing an appreciative but not objectifying way of staging and capturing nudity.
